That’s why we teamed with Member Minder Pro to offer an improved, streamlined, and discounted payment processing solution, directly integrated into DACdb/iMembersDB.

Payfactory

Who is Payfactory? Payfactory is who Team Merchant uses as our "processing partner". Payfactory has the technology and security in place to underwrite non-profit accounts. They provide quick approval, easy to understand reporting, flat rate pricing for any type of card or ach/e-check transactions. Payfactory has partnered with Team Merchant to custom design a program built around the needs of non-profit and member management groups dedicated to improving our communities.

Please note you will use the same email to login that you used for the application to login to Payfactory. This is where you can see all your payment deposits and access your statements. If you ever have any questions for PayFactory, login to the portal, click on support, then create a ticket and they will promptly respond.

If you require additional users login to Payfactory, click on ‘contact support’ and create a ticket with their name and email.

Your Account Will Be Live Within One Business Day

Once you complete your application it typically takes Team Merchant one business day to set up the necessary back-end requirements for DACdb/iMembersDB clients. As soon as it is ready, you will receive an email from Joel@teammerchant.com, which will have an attached file. The file is password protected, and DACdb support has the password to help you install.

Use New Credentials To Integrate Your DACdb or iMembersDB Account

After you have received these codes, please contact DACdb support to install for each account. They will have the password for the account credentials. If you have any questions related to DACdb/iMembersDB, their support number is 833-322-3248, x2, or you can place a support ticket from www.dacdb.com on the Support tab.
